A new standard in holistic hair, head spa + nervous-system care.

A new standard in holistic hair, somatic head spa and nervous-system care.

inhala haus is a one-of-a-kind holistic hair and wellness studio on the Central Coast. Our approach blends lived-in cuts, somatic head spa rituals, sensory immersion, breath-led regulation, and one-to-one care to create a deeply restorative experience.

The philosophy is simple: hair looks its best when the body feels safe.

Every ritual is designed with nervous-system awareness. We work with natural texture, slow intentional touch, warm water therapy, sound, and aromatherapy to support deep inner calm.

Here, your appointment is private, quiet, and never rushed. This is hair, head spa and wellness... reimagined.

Our somatic head spa rituals are rooted in the principles of Japanese head spa therapy — and taken further, with nervous-system regulation at their core.

For Guests Who Value Their Peace

The alternative to overstimulating, traditional salons.

If you're tired of noisy, chaotic, bright salons... this is for you.

At inhala haus, you'll experience:

  • A private, one-to-one studio

  • No overlapping guests

  • Soft sensory cues — sound, scent, warmth

  • Somatic head spa rituals for deep nervous-system calm

  • Lived-in cuts — razor and natural techniques that honour your texture and form

  • A chemical-free environment

  • A slowed, grounded pace

  • Nervous-system aligned care from arrival to close

Guests often describe their time here as a reset... a return to themselves... or a journey inward.

If you value peace, presence, and nervous-system safety — you're in the right place.

About Leah

Precision cutter. Holistic hair specialist. Breathwork facilitator. Educator.

Leah has spent 22 years in the hairdressing industry — and the last several years completely reimagining what it can be.

Her career began in some of Australia's most respected salons and creative spaces... Toni & Guy, Oscar Oscar (where she became their youngest Senior Stylist), é Salon under Emiliano Vitale, Australian Fashion Week, the ARIAs, the Australian F.A.M.E Team, SACO London, and her own Sydney studio, That Good Hair Place.

But it was what happened after she left the industry that changed everything.

After selling her nine-staff salon in 2019 and stepping away from hairdressing entirely, Leah immersed herself in breathwork and somatic practice. She led retreats, taught at yoga and wellness studios, and spent years studying the nervous system and what it means for a body to feel genuinely safe.

When life brought her back to the chair... she couldn't unsee what she now understood.

She could see that clients were arriving dysregulated and leaving the same way. She could see that hairdressers were absorbing everything without any tools or training. She could see that the industry was missing something profound.

inhala haus was born from that realisation. Not from a business plan... from real life, real clients, and a completely different understanding of what this work can be.

Today, Leah's focus is twofold — creating deeply restorative experiences for her guests at inhala haus, and teaching a new way of working through The Inhala Approach... an education methodology for hair and wellness professionals ready to integrate nervous-system regulation into their craft.

At inhala haus, every guest receives the same quality of care Leah teaches: lived-in cuts as ritual, touch as medicine, and every appointment as a moment of genuine reconnection.
