Anna from Birds of Zenthai joins us at the atelier on select Tuesdays.
Ninety minutes of floor-based bodywork, rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and Zen Shiatsu, with Thai massage and osteopathic techniques woven through. Your body is held and moved through a sequence shaped around what it needs on the day. There is nothing else like a zenthai massage, it will leave you feeling absolutely blissful and rejuvenated.
No oils. Just a warm, soft mat and unhurried touchWear something comfortable, like yoga or gym clothes or a light tracksuit, and bring socks.

Don’t worry….you don’t need to know anything about “somatics”. All this means, is that we lead with the nervous system, and don’t lean on awkward small talk that you would normally experience in a “normal” salon.
